By accessing and using the Niyah app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Niyah app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Niyah app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Niyah or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. User-Generated Content

By uploading content to Niyah, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Niyah app in any way that violates applicable laws, transmits malicious code, impersonates another user, or impairs the service.

7. Subscription and Payments

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all charges associated with your account. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled.

8. Limitation of Liability

Niyah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Method: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the in-app subscription management portal.
Effectivity: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access to the service until that time.

Refund Terms

Standard Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
Exceptional Refunds: Issues such as duplicate charges or confirmed technical problems are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
